On this page
Ashta is provided as an enterprise software service to fund managers, fund administrators, and similar institutional customers (each, a "Customer"). Access to and use of the Services is governed by a written agreement between Ashta and the Customer. This page summarizes how commercial terms are structured. It does not itself set fees, entitlements, or limits.
1. Commercial Terms Are Set in the Customer Agreement
Subscription tiers, fees, included entitlements, usage limits, overage rates, API rate limits, support service levels, and implementation scope are set out in the Customer's order form, statement of work, and master services agreement (together, the "Customer Agreement"). The Customer Agreement controls in the event of any conflict with this page. No commercial commitment is created by this page.
2. Subscription Tiers and Entitlements
The Services are offered in subscription tiers. Each tier defines included entitlements — which may include the number of dedicated environments, authorized user seats, fund or entity records, onboarding volume, document and e-signature volume, storage, and support response targets. A Customer's applicable tier and entitlements are stated in its Customer Agreement.
3. Usage, Overages, and Fair Use
Usage is measured against the applicable entitlements. Usage that exceeds included entitlements may be subject to overage charges at the rates stated in the Customer Agreement. Entitlements are provided for the Customer's ordinary business operation of its funds and may not be resold, shared across unaffiliated entities, or used to build a competing service.
4. API Access and Rate Limits
API access is subject to documented rate limits, quotas, and fair-use thresholds appropriate to the Customer's tier. Ashta may throttle, queue, or temporarily suspend API traffic that exceeds applicable limits or that threatens the stability, security, or performance of the Customer's environment or the platform.
5. Implementation and Onboarding
Implementation, configuration, data migration, and integration setup are provided as described in the Customer Agreement. Onboarding requires Customer cooperation, including timely provision of data, access, and named points of contact. Onboarding timelines are estimates and depend on Customer readiness and third-party systems.
6. Ashta Is a Technology Provider Only
Ashta provides software tools and infrastructure. It does not provide investment, legal, tax, accounting, or other professional advice, and does not perform regulated financial activities. The Customer bears responsibility for its own compliance obligations.
